I had a decent stay at this hotel, thanks to its prime location right across from the Guggenheim Museum and the overall modern ambiance. However, the experience was marred by a running toilet in my room, which was a significant inconvenience. The staff was attentive, yet I was disappointed that the issue with the toilet wasn't resolved during my stay. Overall, it was a good hotel, but the maintenance aspect left much to be desired.
